complaint

One thing that really makes me angry is when stores around here don’t have laser scanners to scan our ID’s. Not everyone has a license. My cousin for example is legally blind. She will never be able to have her license. Most of the stores around here won’t accept her ID even though it can be scanned to prove it’s real. I blame cheapness. If you are too cheap to have equipment to help serve your customers then your store isn’t going to do very well. How hard can it be to buy a scanner like the Symbol LS2208? They make everything easier.

Dangers

Most of the men in my family work in some kind of construction. Iron workers, Tin knockers, digging and demolition. It’s more dangerous than most people think. I’m always hearing stories of people falling off buildings on the job and dying, or being crushed by machines. It can’t be easy work especially in the cold winters we have here in Massachusetts.

We also have a lot of old buildings. Ripping them down to build new ones isn’t without danger either. Most old buildings have asbestos which if inhaled causes cancers such as Mesothelioma. Everyone who does that kind of work around here needs to look out for that.

natural

With the rising price of medications so many people are turning to natural cures for their health issues. Vitamins and herbs can help cure symptoms of so many different things. St Johns Wort can even be used to help depression, anxiety, and menopause symptoms. There’s even natural testosterone. Vitamin deficiencies can cause a whole lot of medical issues from physical to mental.

A lot of people think if they eat healthy they get enough vitamins but that simply isn’t true. You;d have to eat 100 bananas for the potassium you get from a vitamin. Everyone should take at least a multi vitamin every day if it doesn’t react badly with any other medications they take.

hot!!!

It’s so hot today!!!! We have a ridiculous heat wave going on here on the east coast. It’s so hot and humid it’s near impossible to breathe. I spent most of the day at the pool with my son and my cousin. The water was a life saver. It was 105 degrees. It was so hot that as soon as we got out of the pool the sun dried us off.

Weight

I’ve lost a lot of weight in the past six months. Probably about 30 pounds or so. Sadly I still have a ways to go before I’m happy with my body. The more I lose the more it slows down. I was reading nuphedragen reviews and it seems this diet pill may actually be worth trying. If it doesn’t affect my anxiety it should be worth giving a shot.

I’ve never been able to take diet pills because of my anxiety disorders. It would be nice to find one that didn’t cause nervousness.

Thinking..

I have really bad anxiety. So bad in fact it messes up my entire life. For a while I was thinking about trying to get disability because I couldn’t even leave my house without panic attacks. But disability and social security disability insurance can be so hard to get I didn’t even bother. Instead I’ve been trying different medications for years. Finally last month my Doctor put me on two that seem to be working. So far I’ve gotten a lot better. I think I’ll even be able to work a normal job again!
