It seems like I’ve wrote this a million times in the past months.. but the house is still not done. I never in my life has seen anything go as slow as this. The twin Towers will probably be rebuilt before this house is finished. My Dad ordered some stainless steel drums yesterday for something. I see more shingles added daily. But who in the heck takes 2 months to shingle a house? The upstairs is still nothing but a shell. There isn’t even WALLS on the inside. I’m starting to get really upset. It was supposed to be done by September. Now I don’t even see it being done by Christmas.. A pyramid could be built faster than this.

I can’t believe how expensive traveling around the Holidays can be. My boyfriend was going to come visit me and my son for Thanksgiving, but after I saw the prices of tickets I told him to wait until after Christmas. It’s crazy expensive and the prices are rising every single day! My friend was looking for tickets to visit her boyfriends family too. I promised her I’d look for some cheap dominican republic vacation packages online. Her boyfriend really misses his fmaily and wants to schedule a trip as soon as possible. I hope they can go soon. Maybe right after Christmas or something.

Christmas is right around the corner. I want to buy something special for my little cousin Teeny. She’s 16 now. I don’t get to see her much since she moved down south. I don’t get to talk to her much either. I miss her. She has a lot of problems since she is mentally handicapped. I figure it would make her happy to get something special for Christmas. I know she doesn’t have a lot of jewlery since her Dad has to support his family alone. I’m considering buying her a Diamond Initial Pendant and a gold chain. She’s allergic to silver and most metals but she can wear gold. I think she’d like it a lot!!!

Why is everyone flipping out over Obama bowing to the Japanese Emperor? What ever happened to the saying “When in Rome do as romans do”? If Obama didn’t bow he would have offended the emperor. That would make America look disrespectful to Japan.. I don’t see why all these rednecks think everything is a pissing contest. You catch much more with honey, darlings. It would be obvious if you had any kind of brain or read anything except the bible.

I’m contemplating getting an IUD. I really hate taking the pill. And I’m not ready to have anymore kids anytime soon. Plus the pill makes me gain a ton of weight. I hear the shot makes you put on even more.. Not to mention all the health risks that comes with them all. They’re scary. Blood clots, heart disease, stroke, death. It isn’t worth it. The new plastic IUd’s have a tiny bit of ormones but nothing compared to the rest. I’m just not sure if I like the idea of it being an implant. Plus there is the risk of it growing into the uterus. That’s scary as well. I think I’m going to talk to my doctor about it more this week. Hopefully it doesn’t also cause weight gain. I need to lose weight if anything. Maybe I should just try phentermine.

Ryan ended up going trick or treating with my cousins this Halloween. He had a lot of fun. He planned on being a shark but at the last minute decided to be a soldier. He already had a uniform from the army navy store anyway. I kept trying to take pictures of his costume on one of my digital cameras but he kept covering his face. He dislikes having his picture taken. This was the only one I could get and he’s making a goofy face. I was really glad that Halloween was so warm this year! Some years it’s freezing. Sometimes it even snows here.
